Nuestra sesión de fotos tiene una duración total de 2 horas desde el inicio hasta su conclusión. Esto incluye el tiempo para cualquier cambio de vestuario y ajustes necesarios. Esto puede variar.
Se permiten hasta tres (3) cambios de vestuario durante la sesión. Los cambios de vestuario deben ser proporcionados por el cliente y estar listos para usar. El tiempo utilizado para los cambios de vestuario se contabiliza dentro de la duración total de la sesión.
La fecha y hora de la sesión se acuerdan entre el cliente y el fotógrafo, sujeto a disponibilidad mutua. Recomendamos programar la sesión con la mayor anticipación posible para asegurar la disponibilidad deseada.
El pago de la sesión de fotos se realiza en su totalidad al momento de la compra en línea. Utilizamos métodos de pago seguros y confiables para garantizar tu comodidad y seguridad en la transacción.
Si necesitas cancelar o reprogramar la sesión, debes notificarlo al menos 48 horas antes de la fecha programada. Si cumples con este período de preaviso, puedes optar por:
a) Devolución Total: Se realizará la devolución del pago completo realizado.
b) Reagendamiento: Puedes reagendar la sesión para una fecha alternativa, sujeta a disponibilidad
Después de la sesión, realizamos una selección de las mejores imágenes. Recibirás entre 10 y 15 fotos retocadas profesionalmente en formato digital de alta resolución. El plazo de entrega de las fotos editadas es de aproximadamente 2 semanas a partir de la fecha de la sesión.
El cliente recibe una licencia no exclusiva para usar las fotos con fines personales, como impresiones, redes sociales y sitios web personales. El fotógrafo retiene los derechos de autor de todas las imágenes y puede usarlas con fines promocionales y publicitarios, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario por escrito.
